Here's a quick and dirty reference card for the GoPro HD Hero 2. The Hero 2 has a vastly improved user interface compared to the Hero 1, however, a quick reference is always welcome.
I saw your external mic tests posted elsewhere and found them very interesting. I haven't had as good luck as you...my mono Olympus doesn't seem to work with the Hero 2 at all. My Sennheiser (mono)mke300 sounds very weak. My Sennheiser M80 with a stereo plug sounds noisy. I'd like to find a small mic to use for a backpacking documentary project I'm thinking of shooting. Anything you'd recommend? It needs to be low-profile enough I could use it while wearing the Hero 2 on my wrist, good enough quality to pick up conversation with someone 10' away (outside). The GoPro customer service is of no help to me when it comes to mics.
